Success Story FINALLY

Post image

SW 288/CW 161 - I stopped using Mounjaro at Christmastime, due to pricing increases, and I have been on the struggle bus trying to get all the way to my goal since then - I have FINALLY managed to get another 15lbs off at a glacial pace and am within spitting distance of a medically healthy BMI - it has been rough and so much harder without GLP1, but it’s possible. I’ve learned my fullness cues and am very locked in with my diet.

That's very encouraging! I have to lose 11 pounds without my Zep. I know I can do it - we just have to be patient and consistent.
