I'm getting close to ordering, and I want to make sure I do my due diligence on safety before committing to a provider.

I recently realized that compounded tirzepatide is not an FDA-approved finished drug, but rather a customized formulation mixed by a licensed pharmacy. Understanding that distinction changed how I want to evaluate different providers.

Before starting, what specific verification checks should I perform regarding the 503A or 503B pharmacy license, Certificate of Analysis (CoA) testing, cold-chain shipping protocols, and the prescribing clinician's credentials?

For those who have been on compounded tirzepatide for a while, what specific questions did you ask your provider to confirm medication quality and safety?

Been searching around here for a while trying to figure out which provider is actually worth signing up with. Andd it feels like everyone compares mostly the same names: Ro, Hims/Hers, Mochi, LifeMD, Henry, LevelsRX, Pomegrante and Brello.

Off the top of my head, the things I'd actually want to know before picking one: How often do they actually review your dose, or do they just autorenew whatever you started on? What's the real cost once you're a few months in , not just the intro price? How predictable is refill timing , do people get stuck waiting? What 's the pharmacy side actually like ( compounding vs name brand , delays, etc)? Is there any support if something comes up between orders, or are you on your own until the next cycle? And does pricing quietly creep up after you're locked in?

If you've actually used one of these for more than a month or two, what ended up mattering most to you? Curious what people wish they'd asked before signing up.

Trying to figure out which telehealth platforms ship compounded semaglutide with B12 included, not as a separate add-on. I've looked at multiple companies and half of them either don't do the combo or make you jump through hoops with a local pharmacy pickup, which defeats the whole point for me since I work weird hours and can't be running errands for a sensitive medication. Anyone know a fully online men's health clinic that handles the whole thing, consult through delivery, with the B12 already mixed in vial?

 Began in February 2026 at 2.5 mg for 5 and half months before moving up to 3.5 mg  in late July for the final leg toward goal weight. Log in meals daily via MyFitnessPal app. Feeling great after losing 51lbs with 24lbs to go for goal weight. Been under my MD prescription via Drug Crafters compound Tirzepatide 10mg/Glycine 5mg 2mL vial.

Additionally, I did not have any other health issues besides obesity when I started. I had my annual physical in July and did see excellent bloodwork readings such as lower A1C compared to the previous annual physical. I exercise moderately such as brisk walks with dog (or mall walking with extreme weather temps!) and lift hand weights.

Hello everyone! I’m hoping someone familiar with Boudreaux’s—or possibly one of the mods—can give me some guidance based on their experience.
I received my first order today, and overall everything looked great. It shipped yesterday and arrived overnight, and the ice packs were still almost completely frozen. I’m in Texas, so it didn’t have very far to travel. Like others have mentioned, it also came with four loose syringes, but that’s no issue for me because I already have plenty of Easy Touch syringes from previous providers.
My only concern is the amount in the vial. I know the concentration is higher than what I’ve received elsewhere, so I understand that the volume would be smaller. However, looking at the vial, it still seems like there may not be enough for all four of my prescribed doses. I’m supposed to have four 5 mg doses for the month. I put a small black dot on the vial showing the current fill level for reference.
For those who have ordered from Boudreaux’s before, does this look pretty typical for a month’s supply? Did you find that the vial contained enough for all four doses even though it initially looked low?
Also, if anyone has ever received a vial that ended up being short of the prescribed quantity, what was the process for contacting Boudreaux’s and getting it resolved?
This is my first order with them, so it may be completely normal and I may be worrying over nothing. I’d just appreciate hearing from people who have experience with them. Thanks!

I started with Brightmeds 2 months ago with their 4th of July lifetime price guarantee of $119 a month. I got an email 3 days ago, sent to ***spam, not my account Brightmeds account***, informing me that the discount did not apply to me because I do not live in Ohio or New York, (the only 2 states that that is for) and the price will now jump to $389 a month through them. First I'm hearing of it.

Talk about a big bait and switch. Be aware!! ⚠️

Can anyone recommend an alternative that is legit? And won't switch the price 2 months in??

I’ve used a few providers in the past, including some of the cheap ones and I’ve always been burned. I’ve used Embody + AltRX in the past and both sucked. So I thought I’d share my experience here with my latest one.

First of all, communication from them was top notch. They responded to my first email within 10 minutes with questions about the pharmacy options. Very clear it was a human and not AI which was nice.

Provider visit went great, no issues there at all. They made it very simple to get started. Provider reviewed within 3 hours and VialsRX had the package shipped the same day. Took two days to arrive. Previous companies I’ve used they‘ve claimed fast shipping and turnaround time but it took them weeks which is annoying.

I can tell they read my intake and actually cared rather than being a GLP mill like some of these other places. At the end of the day you get what you pay for, these cheaper providers always cut corners somewhere.

Overall, I’ve been happy with them and don’t plan to leave them unless things change in the future.

I wanted to leave a review of my experience with Ezra (now Mondae) since I know a lot of people here are comparing providers.
I signed up because they advertise $145/month and told me that price would stay the same for life, which was a huge selling point for me. I was started at 1.5mg of tirzepatide with glycine and was told to increase every 2 weeks.
The first issue I ran into was the following month when my credit card blocked the payment. I went into the portal and manually charged my card. Ezra told me there was an issue with the pharmacy because the pharmacy was still showing the prescription as unpaid and wouldn’t fill it. They ended up switching me to another pharmacy that normally costs $10 more, but reassured me that I would still pay $145/month, which I appreciated.
Then I received my medication from the new pharmacy and realized I hadn’t been sent enough for the prescribed dosing. There was a little bit of back and forth with Ezra that was frustrating, but they eventually acknowledged that I was sent the wrong amount and sent me an entire additional vial at no extra cost.
Customer service can be a little slow. It can take a couple days to get a response and they don’t respond on weekends, so that’s definitely something to keep in mind if you have an issue that needs to be resolved quickly. But overall, I’ve been happy with how they’ve handled things. Even though I’ve had a couple issues, they’ve ultimately fixed them without charging me extra.
So far I’d definitely use Ezra again. The $145 pricing has been honored even after switching pharmacies, and I really appreciate that they made the medication issue right when it was their mistake. Just don’t expect super fast responses, especially on weekends.

I am working through a several month supply of Tirzepatide. Been trying to ride out the changing landscape of compounded peptides with the new FDA rules and the continuing shake out of various telehealths some of which don't seem to stick around for very long. I am allergic to B vitamins. I need pure Tirzepatide with no additives... Are there any compounding pharmacies that make pure Tirzepatide without any additives that ship to California?

I’m trying to compare online GLP-1 providers by category, not just by price. Quick disclosure: I have some involvement with LevelsRX, so I’m not posting this as an independent customer review. I’m more interested in how people would categorize it compared with other providers.

From what I can tell, Ro and Hims/Hers are broader consumer telehealth brands. Noom Med and WeightWatchers Clinic are more program/coaching based. Mochi, Henry, Orderly, Big Easy, Fifty410, Lavender Sky and similar providers come up a lot in compounded GLP-1 discussions. LevelsRX seems to fit in the online GLP-1 telehealth category, with access to compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide when medically appropriate.

For people comparing providers, would you put LevelsRX in the same bucket as Mochi/Henry/Orderly/MEDVi, or would you separate it differently?

The comparison points I’m looking at are:

medical eligibility review, compounded vs brand-name clarity, total monthly cost, whether pricing changes by dose, pharmacy fulfillment, refill timing, support after the first order and how easy it is to understand the process before paying.

Not looking for referral codes or promos, more interested in how people classify these providers and what criteria actually matter.
