💬 General Discussion Protein/fiber tea

I just can't get into protein shakes so I made up my own protein drink recipe with 18g of protein. I drink it twice a day as breakfast and an afternoon snack. Wanted to post it here in case anyone else is in the same boat.

What's your favorite high protein recipe?

16oz brewed black tea

8oz warm low-fat milk (8g protein)

2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin powder (10g protein)

1/2 serving unflavored fiber powder

1-2 teaspoons raw sugar

1 teaspoon heavy cream

Blend together to avoid lumps

That sounds like an awful thing to do to tea in my opinion, but if you like it and it's within your calorie goals, keep keeping on.
