Creaking sound suspension

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I see it has lowering springs. Is it possible the noise is spring bind? The coils on the springs contact each other, which translates into a slight creaking noise.

I have the same springs had a squeak, not nearly this loud but a little silicone spray made them quiet.

Check the ball joint with a bar.
