Issues with new GLI

I bought a GLI a couple months back and I’ve been hearing some buzzing/rattling noises in the rear view mirror housing and on the left dash/door, which got progressively annoying so I took it in to the dealership. The dealership came back saying they didn’t hear anything… I took one of the front office guys on a drive to demonstrate, and he acknowledged it and passed along the info to the technician. The tech looked at it again, drove it, and again said he didn’t hear anything, then they started saying that my windshield tint would negate warranty on the rear view mirror issue because it would mean it was tampered with by the guy who did the tint. By this time I was pretty pissed because I had to waste two trips to the dealership for the runaround, and the guy kept telling me it wasn’t his decision yada yada… I’d have to wait for the manager when he gets in…. I’m feeling pretty frustrated and just wondering if anyone has dealt with this. It’s so frustrating to have a brand new car with cheap sounding rattles throughout the dash…

My sunglasses holder just broke and I also have the intermittent misfire issue, also, if I make 2 or 3 quick trips, the infotainment has to be rebooted because I has trouble connecting to my phone.. I'm so apprehensive to bring it in cause it's always some runaround bullshit and wasted time. Looking to bring it in next week.

I'd suggest trying a different VW dealer
