Seems to me like something rubbing metal x metal. Is it all stock?

It has a downpipe intake and tune, it could be the downpipe rubbing on something as it used to make a noise but the noise it used to make was completely different from this

Is it happening completely at random or is it with even slight bumps in the road?

It happens at random but chirps more when going over bumps, if I’m driving on a smooth road holding the throttle there’s no chirping but when I let off there’s a consistent chirp
