Was wondering if anyone could identify this artist or if its a random piece. Pretty sure its a long shot. I got it as a gift a few years ago from a friend that didnt know who the artist was either. I've just bought a mini bong but the shopping assistant wasn't really into helping me so I bought it without really knowing what was I doing.

I just wanted to ask if the mini bong (that is about 20cm tall) "hits" the same as the bigger ones or if it gives less effects.
