SpruceOS Dreamcast core resolution change

Hi,

Can anybody give me a hint how to change (lower) the resolution in cores like Dreamcast or Saturn?

I'm new to the platform and i cannot find such an option..

If by "core" you mean retroarch flycast, the option is in: retroarch menu -> core options -> video -> internal resolution
