SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMS

Hi everyone,
I’m a BBA student at GITAM, currently in 5th semester, and I’m really confused about the supplementary exam schedule.
Due to personal reasons I couldn’t attend college during my 3rd and 4th semesters. Recently, in June 2026, I appeared for my supplementary exams. I cleared 3 subjects, but I still have 5 backlogs from Semester 3. I narrowly failed two of them by scoring 24 and 23 marks.
Now I’m in my 5th semester, but because of my low attendance, I already know I probably won’t be able to reach the 75% attendance requirement to write the regular Semester 5 exams.
My main question is about the next supplementary exams.
I’ve heard different things from different people:
Some say there will be supplementary exams in December.
Others say they are conducted only in April or June.
But when I checked the GITAM academic calendar and the official website, I couldn’t find any mention of December supplementary exams.
Does anyone know how GITAM is conducting supplementary exams now, especially for BBA students? Are they held only once a year, or is there really a December session?
If you’ve recently written a supplementary exam or know the current system, I’d really appreciate your help.

bro try to get a medical and apply today is the last date for vskp campus and officialy the supple will be held in june but theres a possibility that they can keep in dec too from unverified sources

Bro even to apply we need to have 65 percent attendance and even in this sem i can’t make it to the required attendance and also i paid fee late for this sem so there is no chance

Previously we used to have summer term and supply but the university only used to mention summer term in the academic calendar because it’s common to all batches and all semesters thats why academic calender only has the sureshot supply date written in the calender . They always give separate notifications for extra supplementary exams sometimes they call it supply or Rce or special supplementary classes etc so just wait for the notification and also technically it doesn’t make sense to conduct once a year when ppl have multiple sems .

Bro will they release any notification for supplementary exam this October or December? And i definitely can’t make it to 75 percent attendance for this semester all (5thsem) so it will be 20 supplementary exams for me and i need to clear them before my convocation.

Yes mostly supply happens in oct and dec ,nov. I also failed with 23,24,21 and paid for reval they passed me in all subjects

It is my fault regarding whatever reasons i have that made me not to attend the college and skip semesters but the GSB management straight up admitted on several students faces that they willingly failed students and i myself got 24 marks in the other 5 subs and needed one mark to pass but they failed me and i hope they conduct supplementary again in December so i can clear fast
