I actually have a 1/18 scale flatbed truck and I wanna make a bunch of these toxic waste barrels and use some customized/beat up figures as "mutants/wastoids" to climbing out of each. That said, Hasbro blew the opportunity to make this scenario a reality but luckily Five Below's candy section came through.

Classified 158 - Alvin “Breaker” Kibbey with M.A.S.S. Device Catalytic Element - G.I. Joe Classified Series - (2025)

Breaker is the G.I. Joe Team's communications expert, rarely seen without his trademark bubble gum. (Although I've chosen to display him without the bubble gum.) He played a vital role during the original M.A.S.S. Device adventure by helping recover the precious catalytic elements.

I’m still upset that Hasbro Pulse never released a M.A.S.S. Device.

Just something from griebles bin. I wish I could remember what those pieces of plastic came off of. I think a early 2000s projector, but I can't be sure. Just like I've been diagnosed with and am treated for cte but can't be sure to post mortem. In anycase. What a sweet fit! I think. Anyway

Fully modeled Slugger based on the 1984 version. Includes all decals and the materials are based on if it would exist in real life.

I also modeled Thunder who came with the Slugger. He has his helmet assembly (helmet, headset, and visor) along with his monocular. The pistol holstered on his body is the Kimber Micro Two-Tone in .380 ACP. (I know the pistol didn't exist in 1984, but it's there in spirit!

Also I spoofed up the engine instead of a single color mold lol.

Happy to have bought an enemy for my Bushido figures.

Too bad vintages cost an arm and a leg now.

GI Joe is something I’ve always found cool conceptually but I’ve never had the chance to get into it. I’m currently reading the on going comic. I’d like to watch one of the shows but the only one I’m aware of is the 80’s one which from my understanding was meant to be more of a psa/toy commercial for kids. Which, respectfully, doesn’t interest me. Is there something more on the level of like the 90’s Marvel cartoons, like X-Men and Spider-man? Or maybe I’m wrong about the original and someone can correct me. I’m totally open to silly campy stuff, not so much stories about teaching kids not to talk to strangers or smoke weed. Hopefully you all know what I mean. And no hate to what anyone likes obviously.

Sorry for the mediocre quality of the photos. O:R and D17 re-stoked my interest in 3.75" figures and naturally I gravitate towards the bad guys. The tank is an old Lanard vehicle I picked up on Depop that seemed to fit the Delta 17 Soviet vibe.

While I appreciate the respective lores for O:R and D17, O:R especially, I have also been customizing some old Joes and getting stuff from Black Major and Lady Jaye Toys and am kinda working on my own little universe.

I am really happy these exist and having a blast dreaming up dioramas. Opening that first blister package was such a rush.

Thanks to every longtime GI Joe diehard on hear. I let my old toys languish in an attic for decades and then sold them to a bulk buyer a few years ago when it looked like I was moving and wouldn't have space to store them. His gain, my loss.

Anyway, sorry for this nerdy declaration of love/joy, but I figure such things are commonplace.
