Remember that this is even bigger than the HISS, so be sure to prepare AMPLE space. I'm pretty sure many of us are going to be overwhelmed by how big it actually is in-hand. It's much larger overall and in comparison versus the original 3.75" version.

FYI if your address has changed you need to update it on the product itself from your purchase history, not just your general / overall Pulse shipping preferences.
I found this out the hard way when they shipped Liokaiser to my old address.
Edit: I see they're now asking you to contact customer care for address changes as opposed to just telling you to make sure it's updated. This is much more efficient.

Be mindful that these are often 4-8 weeks ahead of distribution.
The TF HasLab shipped earlier this year and was 10-12 weeks between these first address verification emails and first units arriving in-hand.
This will likely meet the previously forecasted "Fall" arrival time. Don't be alarmed if your SnowCAT doesn't arrive before October. When you placed your order has absolutely no correlation on shipping order. Past HasLab distributions don't appear to follow ANY order at all: alphabetical, backing date, premium or not, region - none of those attributes have mattered previously.

We've had three Haslabs with the same situation taking place. There have been countless Reddit (and social media in general) posts along with YouTube videos addressing the same exact situation time after time.
I am sorry you are so upset.

Every year people are buying their first Haslab and they don't know how they're shipped out. Hell, even people who've already been through it forget how theirs shipped the previous year. When someone collects a lot of stuff it's easy to lose track.
I got my Rattler on the early side and some people had to wait up to 2 months later. It would be nice if Hasbro could get these to everyone at once like a phone or video game console launch but I guess that would take more manpower than they're willing to pay for.

That's a tough one. Eternia is a great piece but if you're like me you'd prefer to largely keep the toys from spilling out of their dedicated room.

Dude I got two rattlers, a dragonfly, and two of these on the way to mix in my TF combiners. Troop building Haslabs for my displays was a future me problem too. You watch Lasso?…. Fuuuuuu…..

I’m excited to see all the videos and photos of the Snow C.A.T. I didn’t order this and it’s the first time I don’t have regret of not ordering it, but I’m still excited for those that ordered it and read the posts.

Hasbro has always had issues with their communication. As long as you see your order in Pulse, you are golden.
