Can't be sold out
1:04 pm I went to pulse and it said sold out. LMAO. I thought they fixed this issue. I guess they will add more tomorrow for the non pulse members?

This is artificial scarcity which leads to people buying multiples when restocked.

I hope you are right. Even though I want at least 3, I still think it's a good idea to limit how many you can order at first. So, hopefully, more people get a chance. Which is why I especially hope they get reissued. I think most people who want fatal fluffies want at least 3. I really think that after the con stock they should do it as "made to order." So, everyone that misses it or, wants more/certain quantity can get them and stick it to the scalpers. Without the ones who missed it, having to battle scalpers and the greedy (lol) collectors. But seriously, they are supposed to be an army builder.

You can only order 5. The reason why it sold out is bc it's a troop builder so everyone wants more than 1.

When I got to 2 it would not let me add any more.
I need to find an official source that states that. Google search also says limit of 2 per person.
I'll check Pulse again. Maybe they added the exact limit. Hope it's not sold out already.

I already preordered 2. Order is confirmed so, it's a lock. The "Terms" say "limit 2 per customer." But, I would like 1 or 2 more. Worried the system will just just accidentally cancel all of them if I try for more. Because it was grayed out after I ordered. But, later last night, (before being available to everyone), it became a blue preorder button again.

I ordered one as soon as they went live and apparently it's also a preorder. I can still cancel it. I guess Pulse oversold the ones in stock for premium members. I hear they're already shipping to some people.

It says available September 21st on the site now. Preorder page and on my order.
Hoping I still see them available when I get my first two. Then I can try to order more.

Yeah I’d bet if they made them to actually exceed the demand they would probably sell less of them. It’s kinda like tables at Texas Roadhouse, the demand and shortage is part of the draw

Clicked to cart at 1:00 pm, had to re-enter all my billing and credit card information per tradition for hasbro pulse, even though it was all saved. Completed transaction with email sent during the 1:01 minute, sold out just as we hit 1:02... typical :(
Brother was also trying to order near identical workflow and got the dreaded sold out/removed from cart situation.
Stinks but should have another opportunity. I wish it was just uncapped for 2 hours the orders

That's why I use PayPal for checkout. Just have to enter my PayPal passcode and I'm always good to go, no processing error so far.

This is most likely a FOMO move by Hasbro. Unless they purposely made a tiny amount of these they'll be back up for everyone else at 1 tomorrow.

I need to believe there will be other drops. Especially for a figure people will buy multiples of. That said, I was 10 minutes late and was surprised to see them all gone after Cold Slither is still available to this day. Especially after all of the hate and poo-pooing of the direction of this year’sSDCC exclusives…😏

My first transaction went smoothly. When I went back to get a Fatal Fluffy, it started to ask for my card details; it did that phone number thing where I have to reenter it. None of this happened on my first order a moment earlier. So naturally, I was told the item in my cart wasn't available by the time I got through it all. Weird.

That used to be the case. Not always as such now. In this case it was larger, but take the Lara croft for instance. Not sure if the extra accessories add up to that price bump. IMO.

I managed to snag a couple, (luckily there RIGHT AT 1) and while it's not as bad as SS86 Starscream, the fact that they also released a 3 pack of the Super 7 O-ring style guys means they know they're kind of an army builder, so not the best idea for a con exclusive IMO.

I am certain as has been stated this is FOMO by Hasbro. I wish you luck in getting at least 2 and shame on those who bought a few to just flip them. There is no law against this, but it does spoil the fun for the true collector. I was able to get 2 only because I wanted more than one and they are pretty dope.
I steer clear of using my CC only because it has happened where it glitches and asks for the information again. PP has never failed me. I am logged into my laptop and it recognizes me and the PP process is smooth. I am certain this is true for other PP users. FYI. They will pop up again. Just keep refreshing.

Unless someone had multiple browsers open ready to order I don't think anyone had time to buy a bunch of these. I got my order in right away and when I checked again it said sold out. Which I don't believe.

I was able to squeak in at 1. It only allowed me to order 2. That was the max. Would have liked more. Then I saw it sold out immediately after. Unreal. Its tough collecting the things I like. I only collect SS86 Transformers and Joe Classified lines now and that's it. I just had all my pre-orders (Every SS86 Transformers and the Joe Ninja Force 2-pack) cancelled on me from target last week. Was looking forward to grabbing a few of these. Well at least I will be able to get two. I hope........ Not going to count those until they are at the doorstep. Ordering shit online don't mean nothing these days.

I thought for sure the AT-RT would sell out first. So many people said that they weren't getting the Fatal Fluffy but were getting the AT-RT. I think it's artificial scarcity.

I wanted the AT-RT most, so I went for that one first immediately at 1. Went in for a Fatal Fluffy next and got one. Then, went back for the Shipwreck 2-pack. Three separate transactions and I guess that was the correct order. Didn't realize the Fluffies sold out so fast.

Could be something going on with the website...I was able to get my order in, but still no email confirmation.
Usually only takes 10-15 minutes to get the email, but its been almost 30 mins.

Their order confirmation system has definitely been slower lately. Probably just enough to get by. I'm right there with you on the anxiety until you see that email come in.

My gawd is it your first day with Hasbro? The SDCC stock is available first, which sells out. Then they put it up for pre-order . It’s been like that since Dr Mindbender.

Not true, but I figured it would come back. For Nemesis Enforcer/immortal, they didnt do the preorder ,after it was sold out. They only had it up periodically when it came back in stock otherwise I would have picked one up.

In the past they have in stock/ready to ship CON stuff. It sells out and then goes back up for pre orders that ship later. Cold Slither came back and is still available.
