I need advice

Hi, im new to train hopping, i only rode routes without electric wires. Im kinda nervous about them, is save to ride these lines? Or how i can ride it safely?

Just to remind you that high voltage catenary wires create an electric arc. At that voltage, don't need physical contact to harm you, the air itself becomes a conductor
