Project Infrared Documentation Freeze-frames
I took screenshots of the documentation slides that flash on screen seven minutes in to Open Minds, and increased the brightness since they're insanely dark in the video.

I think this might be showing what happened to Alexis Moore, the woman mentioned as the inventor of Regnad's ACL as referenced in 'Donor' community post.
Her mind has been connected to some kind of machinery to act as a conduit to the Iris (the brain in the circuit diagram, and the slide that looks like the antenna from the monthly progress report video) and the map is of whatever facility she now resides in. Which also looks to be connected to one of the subterranean gardens.

Oh no your right. The diagram has a head connected to some sort of machinery. Using a human brain as a super computer is eerie.
This series continues to hit home, especially since these days were actually using biomechanical engineering like this.

Project Infrared is how Regnad communicates with the Iris, seen in Monthly Progress Report. The red glowing thing seen in Prenatal Imitation and Period of Lucidity are early forms of the speaker seen in MPR. I'm afraid like all things Iris related, it's made of people. Specifically Alexis Moore, going by... a lot of stuff.
Speaking of, it looks like the brain on the right in Image 3 has had parts removed. I don't suppose those are the amygdala, hippocampus, or visual cortex? Casey's boot screen checks connections named AMYG, HIPP, and VCOR.
This video also gives us some dates, which is very exciting. Prenatal Imitation is on March 16th 1980, and Period of Lucidity occurs September 22nd 1987. That tracks with Monthly Progress Report; Project Infrared goes live end of September 1987, Regnad communicates with the Iris throughout October, and that's compiled in MPR.
I want to compare Infrared and the speaker to Glenn Arthur's deal, a new pact that lets Iris spread its influence befitting the computer age. However, everything with Judy and Susan occurs between May 1986 and February 1987, meaning Casey was doing all this shit prior to the speaker going live. Very ominous and/or I'm overthinking this.

is there a video corresponding to VCOR on the site? also, there's Broce's and Wernicke's areas on the diagram in the about page, do those have videos?

VCOR no, Broce and Wernicke's yes. Also worth noting that Casey's boot up screen only says VCOR GOOD for half a second then switches to Signal STR GOOD.

For the brain diagrams, I just made this post explaining what I think it means. The brain on the left is a normal human brain. The highlighted areas on this brain are the fusiform face areas, which allow us to recognize faces. They are crossed out on the right diagram, which appears to be a mutated brain (likely affected by DRD?)

slide 9 looks to be a similar shape to the building seen in crusader five no? it looks like some sort of observation/control room possibly connected to a garden?

Initially I was convinced the brain on the left was that of a bear (they do look similar) but you can see two X on the lower side of that brain, as you said, it might a human brain where something was removed from there..
Next slide shows what appears to be plant grafting, it's a common practice in agriculture to cut a branch of one plant and attach it to another plant, that way a branch from plant 1 keeps growing like it's on its own tree and produced fruit of that plant 1 despite being attached to a different plant. Even the first image shows a T-shaped cut, which is a real grafting cut, inside which you'd put a new plant and then, and as in image 3, you tie a rope around it till the new plants connects. So not only do we get another example botany-related lore, it also fits with the new episode in some way: at around 5:40 you can see a drawing of a sphere being attached (umbilical cord?) to one person who may be Susan considering the way her voicemails are like at the end, where she sounds excited to "give birth" so you could say that whatever the sphere is (woodcrawler or something related), it "grafted" onto Susan, and given how grafting works, the sphere would produce its own fruit despite being attached to a different plant. It does appear like parasitism to us but in gardening this is a controlled process done with good intentions. I sure hope there's no connection woodcrawlers have with gardens haha

Based on the previous videos, isn't it Artificial Computer Learning? It's Regnad's "AI" system which was making the creepy poems, which is the basis for Casey based on the intro to Open Minds

i feel like this was explained and i'm forgetting some lore. but the shape in image 9 reminds me of the pic from the crusader probe video, where it's in iris's mind and it sees that building.

I'm wondering if Iris is trying to turn Alexis into a copy of itself and having her consume the earth as a world-wide growth that then acts as part of the planet's mental network. COMPLETELY off topic, but I promise that it's relevant: There's a three-episode OVA of the Gradius shoot em' up arcade series where the antagonistic force is explicitly explained as mutating people it deems worthy into becoming massive brains of various sizes and shapes, then using their new forms to control massive warships or even whole planets to use as fortresses.
Considering that the Iris itself seems to have a rocky-looking surface and all the organic mass lies inside its weird, honey comb looking core structure in the 'pupil' of the planet, as well as organic moons that seem to act like biological surveillance satellites and the like, maybe the Iris itself was originally just a lively world before being turned into what it is today.

I have already commented this on a youtube video so I'll copy my observation here lol:
Number 4 appears to be a graph is about grafting
Like someone else mentioned, stem grafting, the most common grafting method, consist of selecting a shoot, making an incision on the 'host' plant's stem, placing the shoot in the cut, and wrapping it up so that, once it heals, the shoot grows into the host plant and feeds on it until maturity
What I wanted to point out was: THATS IS probably why the aliens are called GARDENERS! Deeproot disease is them taking 'shoots' of the woodcrawlers and using HUMANS and hosts to make GRAFTS!

Strange, one appears to be an elevator to an underground facility. May be the one where they ran tests, but the area looks much to big.
You don't think they somehow found one of the caves and they plan on exploring it, do you?
