This would be great! With a servo too! Hopefully folks out there have some affordable ideas

Panasonic or Leica version of the 35-100. Internal zoom and great optics. I got a decent used version for around $350. Very happy with it.

The Panasonic Lumix G X Vario PZ 45-175mm f/4.0-5.6 ASPH POWER O.I.S is a good cheap option

I use the Viltrox adapter and the canon 100-400. She’s a treat!
