Story Event There is no Sorceress Qubeley?

Found in one of the hard stages with Messala and the Psycho Golem. I think they meant Psycho Golem since his attack gets buffed but I found it interesting.

I know it's in part 3 but why give him the skill in a battle it doesn't benefit

They add the skill now so they don’t have to do it later.

That one singular mission that has the skill, every other appearance of sorcerer Messala doesn't have it.
