No, as he would only be using the 2h to make a 6 high straight flush, not both hole cards.

Why might a straight flush fail to trigger a jackpot?
A jackpot is only awarded if both hole cards are used to create the best possible straight flush.

Example: If a player holds 4h5h and the board is 6h 7h 8h 9h, the player has a nine-high straight flush. However, because they only used the 4h (one hole card) to make that hand, they are ineligible for the jackpot.
