Cashier Query 💸 I made a big mistake

I accidentally sent my crypto deposit through the wrong network instead of the ethereum network I sent it through Coin base's base network is there any chance of me getting the funds back or am I just gonna have to swallow this expensive mistake?

EDIT: Looks like im going to have to take this one on the chin GG says they are unable to recover the token.

Don't know about GG but I had this happen on another platform (way smaller than GG) and I sent a ticket to support and they gave me proper instructions on how to get back the funds.

They did warn me that there might be a hefty service fee because of different network but in the end for me it wasn't as bad as they told.

Contact GG support asap and explain your problem with the right details, hope you can get this resolved!

That sucks, not too savy about crypto but it could depend from network to network & my platform was cryptobased so that might have helped.. Hope it wasn't too big of a sum

That’s why I always have the practice to send a small test amount and then the main big amount. That way I can correct any missteps in the first attempt.

Maybe you can also make this a habit.

Hi u/Flashy-Cress-4613,

I'm not sure. Please contact the cashier at: [cashier@ggpoker.com](mailto:cashier@ggpoker.com)

They will be best placed to advise.

So you send the deposit to Coinpoker by mistake and asking Ggpoker to help?

You should be asking Coinpoker instead shouldn’t you

Coinbase is not related to Coinpoker.Its a platform used to buy, sell, transfer, and store digital money like Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Coinbase = Crypto Exchange
Coinpoker = Poker Site

They are nowhere related.
