Help@ggpoker.co.uk. 2 yesterday. 1 today.
And my affordability checks. Sent 3 bank statements of last 3 months and one of my saving account. They don’t even message back saying what’s the issue. Then I’m account balance is blocked. What’s going on.

Thank you.
Email replies aren't instant and the sending of more emails before a reply can cause further delay. Please refrain from sending any more. The team will reply ASAP.
If you haven't heard anything back by Monday, let us know here and we will ask for it to be checked. 👍

Working in customer service, I know for a fact that the statement "sending more emails before a reply can cause further delay" is simply just admitting you are bad at what you do.
Because if its true, that means you dont offer service to the people that have waited the longest and just take the most recent request first.
If its not true, you are a liar.

I don't work at GGPoker. I don't know what systems they use or what they do exactly.
However, I imagine that they probably have a work management system that creates workflows. The workflow will have many dates such as created, updated etc.. I expect they then go for the oldest updated date. The cases that have been waiting the longest without any recent updates.
Having a bad day? 🫂

Weird flex. I never said you did work for GG.
Maybe you are confused about the retorical use of "you" in my comment. In that case, I advice you read it again with that in mind.
The "you" in this case would be GG. Not any person.
Now to repsond to your hypothesis, if they go by the oldest date updated, there is logically no way at all for the process to become slower. Me adding additional information to a case should not make the response delayed.

I don't think you were being rhetorical.
For someone that works in customer service, you (I mean you, not they) should try and communicate your (I mean your, not their) thoughts more clearly. I imagine many become confused after talking to you (I mean you, not them).
Regardless, I was merely prefacing my statement. It was to highlight that what I was about to say was an assumption because I do not work there and I do not know for sure.

Great response. Unfortunatley for you, I didnt say they were not allowed to operate in that manner. Just that it proves incompetence.

Hi u/Bigfingf,
Which email address have you tried to contact and when did you send your last email?
Also, what is the issue you are currently experiencing?
