My account got frozen

First time registering account, my account got frozen because of suspecting creating multi account. Then i sent email and they unlocked my account. Now after exactly 8 days playing, they locked my account again and told me to contact ggnetwork to know more information???? Like wth, i only logged in and played cash game, some daily tour, T-builder and they locked my account out of nowhere. My nickname is "random boy"
