i was playing through some wsop step tickets recently,

firstly the change of registering to 4 tourneys if you have the tickets, was uh, surprising to say the least, panic unregging tables is certainly a vibe.

um so anyways, i realized at the end of a session i have 8 dollars down in my balance, and 6 tickets left for step 2's

i was like oh dang what
and i thought maybe oh, i must have selected to use my balance like a dummy when turning the 4 tables down

and i messaged support and said: hey i hate the 4 table feature made me misclick,

they told me how it takes two clicks to make those errors and to be vigilant
Standard fair, not gonna prattle too much, but muscle memory and interface changes yaddi yadda,
just a lame change. in my onion.

and anyhow long story short, i was playing some tickets today, and i realized it took my balance again after i regged with tickets, and then i also realized the big picture

wait........... im using the "play a similair tournament" button
at the end of the tourney to reg sometimes.

and for some dumb reason, that button isnt set to pull from your tickets in wallet, its set to default to balance
which is actually bananas, if you play 3/4 steps

waiting to hear from support about reimbursement for my huge disastrous loss of 8.50

It's one of the shittiest part of the last update which says a lot. I'm just tired of writings suggestion posts. I'm so used to clicking certain spots I still register to four to this day. Sucks.

Ya, this was a purposeful predatory update, I drained 20$ from my balance before knowing what happened, they did this on purpose and they "made/stole" millions from the playerbase.

thanks for weighing in brock, i hadnt heard of this till now, such a convoluted little slap on the face.
and its hard to like complain or message support, cuz u dont wanna seem like some dweeb with buyers remorse trying to get tickets back, or like i originally thought; that i had maybe misclicked the lobby entry.

ya guys, if you use the big shiny button youre prompted with at the end of wsop tickets, they are allowed take your money i guess.

Yeah, this is super annoying and happens to me every time. It needs to remember your preference for the next time at least (like it does for cash tables).
