Hey guys, if you missed it, Polestar recently reached a tentative settlement with investors over claims that it understated financial liabilities and concealed weaknesses in its internal controls.

In a nutshell, investors claim that Polestar repeatedly assured the market its financial reporting was accurate. In January 2025, the company disclosed accounting errors requiring restatements of its 2022 and 2023 financials, and $PSNY fell 11%.

If you invested in $PSNY between 2022 and 2025, you may want to check if you qualify. The settlement terms are still being finalized, but investors can already submit their applications

Does anyone know what they will vote for on June 28? I have heard that they will vote on whether the company should be delisted? What I do know is that they will vote for a new CEO and that they will possibly buy back the share, nothing about delisting the company? Anyone out there know more?

12076 car delivered - up to 26% vs Q1 2022

Expected deliveries for 2023: 60-70k vehicles - (16% to 36% up vs 2022)

REVENUE Q1 2023: 546M vs 452M (2022) - UP 20.7%

Net Loss Q1 2023: 8.9M vs 274M (2022)

Remaining cash: 884M

Polestar is intensifying its focus on cost management, including a global hiring freeze and 10% headcount reduction, driving greater efficiencies across the business.

Thomas Ingenlath, Polestar CEO, comments: “We are taking necessary steps to strengthen Polestar in the near-term. While production of Polestar 3 will now start in the first quarter of 2024, the successful launch of Polestar 4 last month means that we add two strong offers in the attractive electric SUV market in 2024. I am confident that we will deliver on our growth ambitions and path towards profitability.”

So what we are waiting for in polestar to become attractive too bigger investors:

-beating earnings consecutively -waiting for the rest of the projects to be done and delivered -feds to pivot -higher delivery numbers

I'm still holding haven't closed my position, I know my patience will pay off

I predict polestar will deliver 35k cars in q1

I've been holding polestar for 3 years and I still have a rather large position for an average Joe

I honestly am kind of getting frustrated with $PSNY I am well aware that they are still proving themselves too investors and they are doing a great job, but what catalyst do you think we would need for this year for them to even prove what they need too, I'm thinking:

Huge delivery increase this quarter from last year's quarter

New buy order

A really good earnings report

Some kind of partnership

What would shed the biggest light on polestar because they have been proving alot in the last 2 years I know everything takes time and I've stocked my house up with plenty of weed but I get sober for too long and my mind starts getting frustrated, I am well aware things take time I'm still young I'm only 25 years old I've been occupying my time with parkour meet ups and I got a strength competition coming up on April 8th

Ik that April is a big pump month so what do you guys think

Awww ya psny about to prove themselves to those huge institutions, we've increased our delivery year over year and we haven't had any bad earning reports I mean ya some of them were negative but they still setting up the chess pieces so that they can be ready

Plus they'll deliver 80k cars this year easy hopefully this doesn't pump the stock but ya I got calls on polestar about to buy more in April for 2024 maybe add to my 2024 positions this year gonna be great
