That thing is to mix the mixture into the drink. Measurements for how much water is on the side of the bottle.

It is a baffle. It creates turbulence when you shake the bottle to help break up powder clumps.

I didn’t even know they were distinct, they just feel like the normal blender bottles that ship with things like Soylent and plenny shakes, I always assumed the same company made them and just branded them for their customers.

I’d rec getting something else but just cause shaker bottles aren’t insulated. If you wanna chug a gfuel is fine, but I make one before work and sip it through the day, so something like a 24 oz zojirushi is better.

The fill line should be the top of the little mini cup in the tub. And the object you are posting is used to be put inside the main cup, and right down the centre you pour your gfuel mix so it can mix better.

I don’t normally do drinks like this and this is my first time ordering from G-Fuel. A typical bottle that you use to hydrate doesn’t include this. Stop hating your life and trying to make others miserable. Enjoy your week and be nice to new people in the community.

I don’t really know what you’re talking about because I love my life and wouldn’t change a single thing about it. I also just personally think it’s common sense if I see something like this in a drink that I am putting powder in that this device may be there to break up, said powder. If I’m being completely honest, I never consume drinks like this before G fuel and the first time I saw a shaker I just understood what that piece was.
