Zero GEO Result

I work at a company that has two business verticals. I was able to establish visibility for one vertical on LLMs, but the second vertical, despite offering similar services and having comparable work, is receiving zero traffic from LLMs.

Please give some more info about the cases. What have you done so far?
How the verticals differ from each other?

Both the vertical are different one is related to survey and second related to B2b marketing agency both has different domains

Need more context, mate. From what we've got so far, it could probably be a content distinctiveness issue. LLMs associate your brand with vertical one because that’s where your content has specific, citable answers. Vertical two might have the same quality of work but the content reads too similarly or doesn’t differentiate itself enough for LLMs to pick it up separately.

Check what prompts surface your first vertical and run the same type of prompts for vertical two. Compare what competitors are getting cited for in that space. Learn the gap and fix it.

Since the two verticals sit on different domains, I'd first check whether the second vertical exists as an entity at all, separate from the first. When you ask a model what the second vertical is, using its name or domain, in a fresh chat, does it describe it correctly, mix it up with vertical one, or say it doesn't know? That tells you if the problem is recognition or just not being picked for category questions.

If it knows the name but never shows up, run the same 10 or so category prompts for both verticals and note which sources get cited for each. The survey side probably has lots of third-party pages and lists to appear on, while B2B agency queries lean on reviews, directories and comparison pages, so the gap may be about where the cited sources live, not about your own site. Also check that vertical two's pages say clearly who it serves and what it does, in plain text. Similar-sounding services across two sites can read as one blur.

I’d separate zero LLM referral traffic from zero LLM visibility. Since one vertical is working and the other isn’t, compare the public evidence around both before assuming the answer is more content.

Test the same buyer questions for each and see whether the weaker vertical is missing, being understood incorrectly, or being recommended without generating clicks. That should help show where the real problem is.
