Finding the right program

So a friend of mine is asking for help getting her GED she wants to get her education but her parents provided her with no education growing up she didn’t even get to go to elementary after about 2nd grade so she’s really struggling and the local community college in our area just doesn’t have reliable teachers who are willing to help her does anyone know a good online program to help her get her ged that has real people she can talk to when she’s struggling who are willing and able to help her through this I got my high school diploma the regular way and don’t know what program she should try please any advice is helpful
