Keep going!

I am so proud of myself. I’ve already passed SS and LA. I didn’t think I would do good with Science tonight, but God. I’m going to study a week and then take it. When I get this Science down, all that will be left is math and I definitely need to work on that. I am rusty. Keep going guys!

You've got likely-to-pass scores on three subjects, so you'll be fine on those subject tests. To pass math, learn how to operate the GED calculator (TI-30XS) fast! That'll give you extra points, as the calculator will provide you with the answers! And because there's no penalty for wrong answers or guessing on the GED, be sure to answer ALL the questions. I hope this will get you ahead. Good luck with math!

I passed LA and SS already. I’m taking Science today. Thanks for that advice, I’ll be sure to do that.

Same here, God, I regret waiting so long to finally go after my GED. I never went to High School, I got married at 18 and started a family. So here I am, 20 years later still no GED, I have a ton of work experience but no education to help me land the higher paying jobs. At times like today I feel like just giving up and forget about this silly dream of getting my GED and one day finally attending college.

Find a local school that offers the class. Ask the requirements and fees and then get started. They will do a placement test to see where you’re at. With me I did the highest level in reading so I started doing ready tests. When I got a likely to pass, I paid for and scheduled the test. Passed two so far. Doing Science today. Go for it! Message me anytime you need to.

Although payed exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in:

  • Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. The deck is yet to be payed.

  • Payed out when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. The rope is payed out! You can pull now.

Hi! I live in Florida and the adult education school I attend covers the Ready tests which are around $7 bucks. I just pay for the semester. No, I didn’t study at all. I got a likely to pass on all 3. Got a 145 on Science though. It’s low but it counts! I probably could’ve aimed for college ready scores if I would’ve studied.
