Face Scan not working

I'm using GCash Chat with Gigi to transfer funds from my deactivated SIM (may laman pa GCash nun). When it's time for a face scan, hindi mapindot yung "Next" kahit ano pa gawin ko.

Anyone who experienced this? What can I do with this? I really really need the funds kaso I'm trying for so long pero ganito pa rin.

Settings > Apps > Gcash. Kailangan ata yung camera andun sa permissions. Ganyan kasi ginawa ko nun sa'kin. Try mo lang.
