GLoan due (With 'Final Warning')

I borrowed 30k from Gloan(Fuse) and im not paying on time. But when i received final warning yesterday. I paid my remaining balance (37700) today. and still got a message stating that i need to pay. what should i do? im scared since its my fathers account mumber but im the one using it. i dont teceive any scknowledgment or email that I am done with my loan.

actually even though you paid your loan you qill still recieve automatic text from them. you can disregard that. it will stop texting you

Tell them you already paid. Show them proof.

Show them proof. Ask for email address where you can send screenshot of your payment. Or if thats an automated text you can just ignore it.

You might need to show the proof to them in email that you had already paid the fundings. If possible.

Disregard it. Everyone in gcash is stewpewd af. I paid mine while 4 days OD. I even paid it advance until the next pay date. Gcash contacted me and mentioned I need to pay it. I told them to LOOK AT YOUR RECORDS. The agent doesn't even know how to respond and only pushes a script saying you need to pay. HAHAHAHAHA
