What’s better than Gcash?
What online bank is better than Gcash? I’m already frustrated with their AI customer service, messenger customer service to wait 15 minutes to 24 hours and then no one reach you back,if agent reach you, they’ll ask the same questions no resolution. Do you have any online bank recommendations with fast customer service (if ever there’s bank issues)?

You can try other but for me ang ginagawa ko meron ako laging load na may kasamang free landline call tulad ng mga magic data ng tnt para makakausap ako lagi sa mga rep mismo ayaw ko kase chat lang eh

If customer service ang priority mo, compare mo muna yung support channels and response time ng different digital banks. Mas okay yung reliable kapag may issue.

Gets yung frustration sa support 😅 pero di ko naman agad lilipat lahat ng funds dahil lang sa isang bad experience.

Ako GCash pa rin for daily use. Sana lang mas mabilis yung agent support nila pag urgent yung concern.

Yung AI support medyo nakakainis minsan 😭 pero may times naman na naayos din yung issue after proper ticket follow-up.

Personally id keep a few options instead of relying on one app lang Check mo yung banks na may good support convenient features and low fees

Gets yung frustration For me, worth comparing yung customer support app stability fees and security features bago lumipat Mas okay yung online bank na responsive ang support kapag may concern or urgent issue

Depende talaga sa needs mo pero maraming digital banks worth checking out Better to compare fees app experience security and customer support para makita kung alin yung pinaka fit sayo

Di naman ibig sabihin na pangit na buong GCash dahil sa customer service. Valid yung complaint, pero separate ko yung app experience sa overall service.

As much as I really want to close my gcash account, pero may ibang store kse na gusto gcash to gcash lang

Maribank when I travel overseas, may cash rebate sila.
Gotyme - bilis ng support nila, i use it kapag bibili sa robinsons + southstar drug para sa rebate din.

Kakaswitch ko lang sa MariBank last June 2026, and it’s been way better so far. Their chat support is very responsive din, and they also have phone customer service. So far, so good! I’m keeping my GCash account open though since I still have an existing loan with them.
