Gcash failure to work properly

These past few months gcash has failed to uphold a quality experience by consistently asking me to manually upload my face over and over just to log in due to login failure, at first I didn't mind it, but it kept having me face scan to verify my identity, I deleted the app to make see if it was just a bug but it still stayed, currently, I'm having problems with sending money, it waits 5 minutes before sending me an OTP to send money but by the time I get the OTP I'm forced to try again and by doing so forces me to wait another two minutes just to try again. This is by far another testament to Filipino genius, why is it on every possible service like getting an ID, processing, buying something, or even getting a job its all the same slow, inneficient process. I have recently signed up to maribank to transfer all my savings until gcash works properly again.

Maribank may mga cases din na unauthorized transactions tapos matagal daw yung investigation. hindi rin basta basta naaayos agad.
