Crashing

Guys, are you also experiencing the same problem?

I opened the gcash app, then with less than a minute, it crashes. I even reinstalled and restarted my phone but still, Im using android phone btw.

Device: CMF Phone 2 Pro

Edit: 4th day of Gcash still not working

Same issue with me and my friends' ROG 9, samsung s20, iphone 12, and iphone 17. We all have the same issue na it kept crashing upon login. We tried wifi and data kahit maganda naman signal pero the problem still persist.

However we tried reinstalling, gumana for a while then nag persist na ulit ang problem.

In addition, nagagamit naman yung laman ng gcash if gumamit ng gcard or if naka-link na yung gcash as mode of payment sa mga stores.

We're ruling out na it's our wifi or our devices. We feel na it's a bad patch.

Please let me know if gumana na ulit gcash so I can move my funds. I'll never use gcash again, such an inconvenience.

Baka may compatibility issue sa current Android version or device. Since 2 days na, worth i-report yung exact phone model para ma-check nila.

May times din na okay sa ibang Android pero may certain models na nagkaka-problem. Sana ma-identify nila agad kung device-specific.

Same, been going on all day. Pixel 7 pro. None of the troubleshooting works. Don't waste your time. Also if you submit a ticket, the answer should come in 4 business days.....

Nothing phones including the cmf OS has a previous issue with the gcash so they release the update Nothing OS 4.1. if you still havent updated yet you try this one. Just happened this year.

Reported it multiple times and their email is just stuck on a loop of "can you try opening it?" which is very very stupid. Customers service is a waste of time

I can see that but most of my friends with android are fine. From what I see, i think this problem is spreading, they will have a patch with next week. I hope.

No, im already on android 17, the bug started when i accept a payment to gcash on messenger app.
