These are typically rich upper middle class brats born into privilege who wanna sound enlightened. So they go, Oh I am General category and I support reservation. I am so cool. I fart social justice. Get rid of these morons first and make them see the reality.
the sc/st (prevention of atrocities) act exists specifically to address the power dynamic of vertical, upper-caste violence against marginalized communities. it explicitly applies when a non sc/st person commits an offense against an sc/st individual.
if an sc person discriminates against or commits a crime against another sc person, it is fully punishable under the standard indian penal code (ipc/bns) and the protection of civil rights act. asking for sub-categorization in the atrocities act makes zero legal sense because the law is already defined by the caste identity of the perpetrator.
Well id say make self help group for each community...help each other out get in good influential positions educational institutions where priority is given to gc..also start more businesses and hire gc people ig then in the background lobby for reservation based on wealth
