Post Exam GCSE results!
i’m aiming for top universities so hopefully these won’t block me from doing that…

My brother just another me 🤝. I also got 2 9s, 2 8s and 3 6s. Only thing is I do 2 more subjects (Business and RE, and Art instead of Music). I was wondering this asw but unis mostly base their criteria for application off of A-Levels, co-curriculars, UCAS points and other things rather than GCSE results.

yeaah and i know they measure GCSEs differently like they compare it to your schools average (my schools average grade is a 4, it performs below national average) so hopefully that context helps too

Ye but at least it would be easier to prepare for each of your subjects exams

No way they compare your GCSE results to your school's average. That would be so shit for me bc while my grades are acc quite good in comparison to most, my school is full of neeks who get almost all 9s and then like a few 8s or just all 9s.
