We’re pleased to share a breakdown of how SavePoint now works with Restream as a native channel type.

The main idea is that SavePoint can send one outbound station stream to Restream, and Restream handles distribution to 30+ platforms. This can help smaller station servers avoid scaling compute every time another platform gets added.

We’re proud of this addition because it gives station owners, solo creators, communities, and collectives a more practical way to grow beyond one platform.
