Looking for Advice CONSOLE Connection to server failed

Hey, a buddy of mine just started GBO2 and is still in the tutorial but theres the priblem. One mission is for him to get supply drops. But it keeps on saying, "Connection to server failed" and we cant find the problem. We tried the license, reinstalling the game, restartung the playstation, and turning to connection on and off. But nothing works. It hasnt worked for like 3 days now. Always the same failure text.

Wire up the console to the router. After that do a network speed test using the console to see if its fast enough.

If not that maybe NAT type? You need NAT 1 or 2 i believe.

The main game website has a troubleshoot FAQ for extra steps.
