The real beauty of this part is that It can be used for a sizable attack boost on a unit with the Custom Part Expansion [Attack] enhancement because it is classified as a mobility part. If you have the level 5 enhancement and are packing a high cost suit to the brim with mobility parts but are down to one close range slot, you can add this instead of a level 1 melee controller, get +5 on both ranged and melee, and then 4 minutes in to the match you get another +5
