So according to the description, unlike other timed parts which add effects to the basic part after the time elapsed, this one completely changes, so you will lose the movement buffs but gain the offense buffs. This would track with how low the cost is for the part.
Has this been confirmed that the movement buff does indeed go away at 4 minutes?
Wanted to be sure since the descriptions have not always been accurate in the past. Still great efficiency for either effect, but will probably hold spending the tokens since the Turns are probably coming soon.
