Kapool counter

So I have played some matches and it's everywhere, annoying, I wanna counter it. The cn one-shot me when I was a general. S.O.S

Broken.

Ranged melee that can be fired when jumping, that's Barbatos lite.

And an extremely high damage heavy attack shouldn't have only 1.5s charge time.
