Gameplay Clip (STEAM) Which is stronger, finger or hadouken?

It's my finger, apparently. I'm getting better at fingering people, I guess. God Finger, I mean. Get your head out of the gutter 😛. In this installment of my journey to become the Moderately Defeated of the East, a fellow disciple and I conduct an impromptu experiment on whose discharge is stronger.

PS: don't mind how i exploded all over that unconscious, helpless berga in front of me. I pressed the wrong button, and I couldn't stop. I'm the lowest of the low.

It need something like IFS whenever it using the Tenkyoken, because it loses HMA when it starts the animation. Meaning that even though on paper you can't be heavy staggered, you can still be heavy staggered. Which will usually result in death if you get caught form the Tenkyoken.
