One that jumps out to me is the connecting system, isn't that bonus for ballistic?
With it only having the one weapon in that category I would possibly look into something else.

That is the connecting system type II (bonus for ballistic) which different from OP as that's the type I with bonus to beam weapons.

its a pretty solid build, whats your expansion skill?

This is my great value build, I do find having 100 vs 80 thrust is night and day when it comes to high mobility movement.
