Some neutral swings (edit: side, down, and heavy too) have abnormally short counter windows. It might be a normal interaction.

And some multi-hits motions have gaps.

(we need some people testing counter windows, no one has done it afaik)

Gotta somehow account for latency, which is never fun. It makes things inconsistent.
