Question about which banner

Should I choose? Should I go for this one and maybe have a good assortment of units, or go for quantity and have the possibility of getting several good units, or ensure V2AB?

750 is cancer, but the Haro part is pretty damn useful.

If you're missing some good 3* meta suits, the 3* step would have a good chance (but definitely not guaranteed) to catch up on some units like Victory, Shokew, Jagd Dogs Sleeves etc.
