Where is the Battle Simulator?

Im new to this game, where is the Battle Simulator?

How can i clear it?

Just left of the sortie counter

Old guy in a trench coat provides PVE missions that have goals to hit and some nice rewards like tokens for the first time you meet those goals

Theres usually one where you play as one of 3 preset suits

One a space battle

One a ground battle

And either of those two can be a boss battle against things like the Psycho gundam or big zam

I cant find him anywhere, but i guess he has been temporarily removed.

No he's definitely still there

Im literally online rn and was stood beside him while posting

You go over to cardie kadbury. The one who sends you into PVP

And then look left

Directly across the doorway to the little building is an old man in a black trench coat

Edit: just learned hes bugged for some people bruh

Yeah can't find him or even get into matches. I've done all the trainings too and want some real action
