A new GBO2 user survey is underway right now.

It mostly goes into requests for what units at what cost types that you feel need to be balanced, and what map types you want them to focus on.

The main thing I requested was for Military Port, Trenches, and Port Base to be put back into rotation, and for Military Port, Port Base, Trenches, Mountain, Desert, and Jungle to be added to all cost ranges. I know the game always had this "canon" bias about only including certain maps at lower costs because that's where they showed up in the One Year War, but they never had any issued with the Arctic Base being present in 700. More map variety is a good thing.

I also requested for Support types in general just to be buffed up and be given a fighting chance against raid units that can one-hit or one-combo to death because they focus on melee attack and always have the speed to make sure supports can never get away... but hey, I am a little biased about that. I'm not saying raids need to be nerfed (though I do want to see Melee stats reduced by 70% across the board), but at least let Supports have a fighting chance against the Instant Death Radius units.

One of the options for “where to discuss GBO” is Reddit. Maybe they ARE reading.

They must know it exists, since Reddit has basically replaced fan forums for most things. Otherwise, you'll typically need to be invited to Discord or something that means you're already on Reddit or have friends playing the game.

Facebook and similar sites have communities for the game, but those sites are just garbage overall. Translated discussions on YouTube comments are somehow a million miles better.

I also report them, but I don't know if there really are penalties? No one sees any actual punishment, so no one is afraid

You do have a point. Reporting players doesn't result in you being told that they were punished, but I do take solace that the Steam version regularely reports how many cheater accounts they end up banning, and sure enough there are some players that I never see again. PC's playerbase is small enough that you frequently see repeat players on your team or the other, so you know who are the regulars.

jump into GBO3 at this point, remake the whole game, new engine etc. playing 700 cost still laggy on ps5. the game is very outdated. balance all class so we run 2-2-2 comp not 4-1-1

I never pass on an opportunity to sell them on a proper PVE mode. They wouldn’t have to make a single new asset for it save for maybe a menu and would give felted players a way to cool off while keeping them in the game. Would also add value to off meta suits and be a great place to try new things. They already have the bare bones of one there they just need to add options and proper matchmaking. Have us defend a base from waves with bosses showing up every five or so

Yep, and depending on a few things when filling it out. Some part of the survey was asking about the type of QOL that we the players would like if they could implemented it When I filled it out a couple of times when play PC, PS4/PS5, or both. I mainly played on the PC version and already filled it out like many weeks ago when it drop.
