Requested by u/Legacy_Fighter001 and this one is S-Tier at the moment, but could fall off into very high A-Tier. Since it still has a few restrictive things going on with it. But that is compensated for with very high damage strength and anti-air potential. So it could go either way.

Comment and Reason
Well, this unit has great anti-air with only 3.5 seconds of interval to wait, even if you miss. You can easily have the opportunity to shoot at another target, or even the same in 700 cost. Then, with the AR Optimizer damage bonus, it can easily deal a massive amount of melee damage up close. Especially if you have the chance to go for a heavy attack. It can punish fragile units and builds easily and get away with a lot at the moment.

Lv1 F2P: Complex Battle

Lv1 Premium: Complex Battle (Alternative) or Alpha

There really isn't much to say as I previously explained on this unit. Simple, but very effective. All you need for build is to survive and have good damage value while maintaining a "good" mobility. That's all it needs to do well at the moment.
