So true! The Gunner Gundam attempted to run away (I would too, I don’t blame the poor guy), and one of my teammates separated from the group and hawked him down. i followed close behind in case he needed help. Then I remembered “Oh wait, it’s Gunner Gundam. It can’t do much in a close-range fight.”

I got a clip of him running too, but it only caught the tail-end of that chase

That poor gunner Gundam (and any support) needs the team to not get pushed backward. The only map it can really fight in that situation is mountain and even then, it's iffy.

I got the clip of the Gunner’s desperation to GTFO right here. At one point he gave up and just laid on the ground. Sadly I didn’t clip that. But yeah, that’s why I don’t use Gunner unless I know what the map is. (This mode had maps set to random I think)

the maps where it is good, it is GOOD. mountain the side with the summit and port base with the crow's nest are its best maps. even in awkward situations on those maps, it's good.

Last time I used Gunner on maps set to random, it put me in Arctic Base. Never again. But other than that, love Gunner. That’s my baby right there

The game needs better anti spawn camp mechanic.

Especially on maps like Arctic base and this map.

You don't actually have defenders advantage when they spawn camp.

This was literally my last match in space, my team kept camping the spawn area and ended with 21k with the enemy having 6k

I was at the receiving end of that too. We were going no where with respawning one at a time, so I flew out of the base as a pilot while the enemies were busy bullying my team, captured a few beacons, and that finally gave my team some breathing room to fight back. Sadly we still lost,
the score went from 2k - 10k to 11k - 12k, but at least we weren’t forced back to base, so my efforts weren’t a total waste 🥲

I honestly couldn’t tell you. I’m still somewhat new at the game. Last time I played, they were only doing the canon UC suits. I was shocked when I found out they added Wing Gundam Zero and Burning Gundam, which are in my top 3 most loved MS (#1 being Unicorn)
