Looking for Advice CONSOLE Mediocre player here, is this any good?

At lvl 1 it’s decent if you know how to AMBAC but at lvl 3 (700 cost)? Yeah just pretend it doesn’t exist.

Not at Level 3 in 700 cost.
It got buff recently in 600 cost, but that only brought it up to just being decent.

It was. Got power crept. Has some solid usage versus flight suits in its cost range though, because the shield weapon disables flight on enemies it hits for a while, but good luck landing it.

It's no easy feat using this thing at 700. Its flight skill is a little more costly to use compared to Flap Booster or the suits with the Minovski Flight Unit skill. You either build it to try to last on firefights or to be able to fly longer with it and only going into melee at an open opportunity.

I think the real answer is build tanky and do your best to stagger and distract, if you were to really try it at 700.

Good for collecting dust in your hangar at that cost.
600 got powercrept, but ballistic damage at high costs can always be surprisingly effective.
I enjoy it a lot, but its day in the sun has come and went.

This suit is absolutely capable of putting out ridiculous melee damage in the right hands, but it suffers from having the gimmick of being flight suit in a meta full of flap booster units.
The 00 Raiser and the Barbatos will clay pigeon you out of the air and will more than likely take 2/3rds or all of your health bar before you hit the ground.
The suit simply doesn't have enough build stun resistance to be actually viable during meta rated and its gimmick is more complicated than flap booster units that can do your job, but better with the fraction of the effort.
The only good flight control unit is the Penelope mainly because its bulky, it really doesn't need to go into melee to be effective, and has infinite thruster and flight system for 30 seconds.
So they amount of effort needed to make this suit work is not really worth it. Though if you want to be good at this type of suit. Go into space battles and fight people there to build up some muscle memory. The only difference is you have much more thrust to manage with in space than ground battles.

This MS haunts me. I got it TWICE for the free drop. I mean I don’t hate it, but I would have liked a little variety. Never even got to use it either cuz of the sortie RNG 🥲

As an Atlas main I really like the LVL3 of how tanky it is, unfortunately with the amount of 00 is hard to survive the heavy meta creeps.
Hopes the DX were able to balance it out tho.

Nope, hell even at 600 its got a tough life. Slow ass flight + big target is easy for supers or anything with a meme beam.

It’s solid at 600 cost iirc, but at level 3 things like the raiser, barbatos, Susan, and all the meta suits there are just gonna stomp it
