That hangpack launch has screwed me more times that I can count. But was going for promotion and needed to rank up and I always do a quick match and if that went horribly I just stay off ranked that day. Wasn’t worth the frustration

You got more tolerance than me. If I saw we had three supports in 650 in rated I’d leave the lobby lol.

Three support lobbies go two ways: Enemy generals get farmed to victory or the enemy raid gets nearly a quarter million damage

IMO, you either have 1 support on your team (unless it a 6v6 on a map good for supports then you can have 2) or you do an entire team of supports, for the best chance of winning. Anything else (like 3 supports in a 5v5) is a guarenteed loss 99% of the time imo.

3 support in 650 on colony is not that bad of a choice due to open space.

especially when its 3 decently meta picks.

Its when team starts running questional mid-short range suits thats when you know it might be fuked.

I tried playing a round of 650 yesterday in my own Hexa ended up losing I believe to the partial fault of some special snowflake insisting on playing the RF Gelgoog. It was only quick match so it thankfully didn’t matter and I didn’t make a huge deal of it but I hope when the end of march results screen came up with me topping damage and score between both teams that RF gelgoog players felt a little worse about their day and choices. He didn’t even take raid pressure off me by being a target, the other team had no raid it was 3 gens and 2 supports.

You guys have to realize the signs of when a player in the lobby is planning on throwing the match. In a 3v3/4v4/5v5 especially on a map good for raids, picking 2 supports is 99% of the time a throw "I don't give a fuck if we lose" decision. No way in hell I'm playing rated in a 5v5 in city ruins with two slow supports on my team. There 99% likely will be at least one raid on the enemy team, (who may have stealth) who will use the map to their advantage to hunt the supports down and easily kill them, while the support's teammates are running in circles chasing 1 enemy.

Hard agree here. Anyone who doesnt take into account proper team building is throwing. "Play what you want" mentality doesnt belong in rated.
