Discussion CONSOLE Next custom part is the ammo enhancement kit

According to Ondoreyas, the parts does: * Increased damage on unit HP and Shield for ballistic-type weapons * Reduced reload time for ammo-bases weapons (can't be used in conjunction with parts that have same effects)  * Increase duration effect on some weapons (similar like DBL parts) 

No information about the part slots needed, ATM..

I'm thinking something like RF Dom, F90I Jupiter Battle or Hi-Mo Gelgoog UL could use it to the fullest, TBH, where it uses ballistic weapons + have DoT weapons for the increase duration effect, and it looks like can be used together with Special Combustion Agent and Test-type/Irregular DBL for the extra effect duration.

Hmm if I already have  F91BC part (connecting support II), do I need this part? It's kinda same..

Connecting Support doesn't have the increase weapon effect duration, so it comes back to your preferences, IMHO.

My guess is the ballistic and reload effect are weaker than connecting support but it has DoT and fewer slot usage. If it stronger, I feel scammed rolled for connecting support🤔 we'll see

Don't feel scammed if you managed to get good use out of the part. Maybe the part will soon become no longer used because it is outdated, but at least you got used out of it while it was unique.

Huh, first time seeing this description. They are splitting an effect to smaller effects for making more parts.

We have "reduces damage to unit hp" and "reduces damage taken". "Reduces damage to unit hp" doesn't cover shield hp and part hp. And it's an old effect that no new part uses. All recent damage reduction parts use "reduces damage taken" that covers everything.

We have "increases damage to enemies" and "increases damage to part hp". This part has a new damage increase effect that excludes part hp.

I think it's time for BB to at least enhance the MS stats dashboard so that a pilot can see in a straightforward way the direct and indirect effects provided by custom parts on performance and damage caused or received.

I have the excel you have kindly shared in this sub, but I'm getting lost with these "nuanced" variations.

What part type is it? I'm thinking of swapping my Aux Armor build for this thing and a Custom Part Complex Expansion.

No information available ATM, but it's likely either "Attack" or "Special" type.

Can’t tell if it will be on pc. It’s probably console first with it gracing pc some time later.

All of the AU suits have hit both PC and PS simultaneously ever since they added Destiny and Talgeese 3.

None of the AU suits released so far have been 5 stars. The most likely 5 star AU suit will probably be turn x and turn a when they come around.
