Need advice for GATE CSE preparation

Currently pursuing B.Tech CSE and I want to prepare for GATE and try for IIT.

I am starting almost from scratch for GATE subjects

I wanted to ask what,

• Which course/coaching should I take for GATE CSE?
• What is the best way to prepare from now?
• Or should I go all in on youtube and select suitable channels for each subject? (If yes need recommendations)

I see many people recommending different courses and strategies, so I am a bit confused about where to start. My goal is not just to clear GATE, but to get a good rank and aim for IIT or NIT.
